Messy Church

On various Sundays during the year (usually the first Sunday of the month) alongside the Morning Praise service in the church building, we run ‘Messy Church’ in the church hall. The aim of Messy Church is to allow adults and children to worship together in a more creative and participative way. We have a number of themed craft projects, and then a short time of worshipping together near the beginning or at the end of the session.

Whilst Messy Church is open to all in our congregation, it is a wonderful opportunity for parents and their children to worship together, and so we warmly encourage parents with primary-age children to join them. Although there will not be a crèche at Messy Church, we will provide an area in the hall for parents with very young children.

Messy Church activities start at 10.45am so please come straight to the church hall. After both services we join together for refreshments in church.

Dates for Messy Church 2016:
